Return & Refund Policy
Each print in the Editions series is carefully produced, inspected, and packaged to ensure the highest quality. Because these are limited edition, hand-signed fine art prints, all sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Prints
If your print arrives damaged during shipping or has a production defect:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].
- Include your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and the original packaging.
- We will work with you to either replace the print (if editions remain available) or issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will replace your order (if available) or refund your purchase.
Exchanges & Returns for Other Reasons
Because each edition is limited and signed, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or personal taste.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every print comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. We guarantee the authenticity and archival quality of all prints purchased directly from this site.
